Theresa Martorano

Theresa Martorano, age 89, of Audubon, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 16, 2025. Born on November 10, 1935, Theresa was the beloved wife of the late John Martorano Sr. and a devoted mother to her four children: Donna, John Jr., Janice, and Lorraine.

Theresa was a loving and selfless homemaker who dedicated her life to her family. She created a warm and welcoming home, where her children and loved ones always felt loved and cherished. She will be remembered for her unwavering kindness, her nurturing spirit, her deep love for her family, and her unyielding competitive nature while playing cards.

In addition to her children, Theresa leaves behind a legacy of cherished memories and a family that will forever honor her devotion. Her strength, compassion, and grace will live on in all who knew her.

Theresa passed away after a lifetime shared with her devoted husband, John, who preceded her in death. Cherished mother of Donna Monturano (Joseph), John Martorano Jr. (Nicole), Janice Martorano, and the late Lorraine Petracci (John). Treasured grandmother of Alicia Lavere (Matthew), Laura Cobian (Nicholas), John Martorano III (Brittany), Cassondra and Joelle Martorano, Janine Smith (Greg), Felix and Vincent Bocchicchio, Josephine and Carlotta Petracci. Devoted great grandmother of Lucia and Lorenza Lavere, Juliette, Cole and Mia Pettersen, Maddox, John IV and Cruz Martorano. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her love and influence will remain constant in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation for Theresa on Friday, January 31st, from 10-11:00 a.m., immediately followed by a mass of Christian burial at St. Joseph the Worker Parish: 901 Hopkins Rd, Suite A., Haddon Township, New Jersey 08033.
