John M. Amadio

On September 18, 2022, John M. Amadio, age 86 years, beloved husband of Jane (nee Scott) of Laurel Springs, formerly of Haddon Heights, NJ, passed away.  He was the loving father of David Amadio (Patricia), Debra Shutt (Daniel), Douglas Amadio (Dawn); devoted grandfather of six grandchildren; and cherished great grandfather of nine great grandchildren.  He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

John served in the US Navy from 1957-1961.  He was the customer service supervisor of SL Electronics, Westville, NJ.  He was the owner of J&D Enterprises, Haddon Heights, NJ.  He was a long time member and elder of the Barrington Gospel Hall, 14 Barrington Avenue, Barrington, NJ 08007.  John trusted Christ as his savior onNovember 17, 1963.

Visitation will be held on Monday September 26, 2022 from 9:00 to 10:30 AM at the Barrington Gospel Hall (address above).  The funeral service will follow at 10:30 AM.  Interment will be in Locustwood Memorial Park, 1500 Marlton Pike West, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Wiley Christian Retirement Center, 99 East Main Street, Marlton, NJ 08053.  Funeral arrangements under the direction of DuBois Funeral Home, 700 South White Horse Pike, Audubon, NJ 08106.  Condolences and memories may be shared at DuboisFuneralHome.
