John Wayne Yuhaze

John Wayne Yuhaze, age 76, of Riverside, NJ, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, November 18, 2023, surrounded by his loving family.

Wayne grew up in Fieldsboro, NJ and attended Bordertown High school.  He graduated from Rowan University with a bachelor in education and went on to teach Math for 35 years at Florence Township High school, before retiring in 2005.

He was a member of Haddon Heights Baptist Church.  He was a great Father and overall family man to his three children, his four grandchildren, and a beloved dog-dad to Tugger.

Beloved Husband of 47 years to Barbara (née DeWar); cherished father to Justin Yuhaze (Julie), Melinda Ellwanger (Brian), and Brenda Yuhaze; and loving grandfather to Claire, Ethan, Audrey, and Collin.  Wayne was predeceased by his parents, John and Dorothy Yuhaze.

A graveside service will take place at 10:30 am on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at Eldridge Cemetery, Cemetery Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054.  A Visitation will be held at at 12:00 pm at the Haddon Heights Baptist Church, 300 Station Avenue, Haddon Heights, NJ 08035.  The funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm.
