Mary Morrow

Mary L. Morrow (Rettberg), age 94, of Westville, New Jersey, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday, May 30, 2023.

She was a loving and caring wife, Aunt, sister, friend, and pet mommy.  She loved animals, and even fed and rescued cats that were homeless.  She was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan and loved to watch and listen to the games while cheering them on!  Mary enjoyed the music of Alan Jackson, and tuned in every evening to listen to newscaster, David Muir.  She was a member of Westville United Methodist Church.  She loved spending time with her nieces, Barbara, Charlene, and especially Bonnie who was her caregiver over the last decade.

Mary is the beloved wife of the late Donald Morrow, who passed away in 1998.  She is predeceased by her siblings, Charles, Catherine, Grace, and Charlotte.  She was the loving Aunt to Barbara, Bonnie, Charlene, the late Richard, Raymond, Alan, and Nancy.  Mary was also a dear friend to Leslie and Richard Young.  She enjoyed being pet mommy to Peanut (cat) and enjoy time at the Gloucester Park walking Smokey (dog) with Uncle Don.  She will be greatly missed by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Mary’s family invites you to join them in a celebration of her life on Saturday June 10, 2023, at DuBois Funeral Home, 700 South White Horse Pike, Audubon, NJ, 08106.  Visitation will be from 10 – 11 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11 AM.  Interment will be at Cedar Green Cemetery, 251 East Academy Street, Clayton, NJ 08312.  In lieu of flowers, please consider making a memorial contribution to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where Mary found hope, comfort, and inspiration in their work.  Funeral arrangements under the direction of DuBois Funeral Home.  Condolences and memories may be shared at DuboisFuneralHome.
