Beth Ann Griffith

On September 13, 2022, Beth Ann Griffith (nee Teter), age 56, went home to be with the Lord.  She was the beloved daughter of Penny Teter; loving sister of Susan Montney (Frederick III) of Newark, DE; and loving aunt of Joan Amaya, Frederick Montney IV, and Timothy Montney.  Beth is also survived by several aunts and uncles, as well as many cousins.  She was predeceased by her loving father, the late Howard P. Teter.

Beth graduated from Baptist High School, class of 1984.  She graduated Glassboro State College, class of 1988 where she received her degree in music education.  She was a music teacher at Bethel Baptist Christian School and taught many private students.  She was a member of the Barrington Band, Pitman Hobo Band, and South Jersey Youth Orchestra.  Beth also did church music for Haddon Heights Baptist Church and Community Bible Church.  She specialized in brass instruments, and vocal.  Her favorite passage of scripture was the 23rd Psalm.

Visitation will be held Saturday, October 15, 2022 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the Community Bible Church, 321 Kingston Avenue, Barrington, NJ 08007.  The funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM at the church.  The family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions in Beth’s memory may be given to the church at the above address.
