Gertrude A. Gaston

On January 13, 2022, Gertrude A. Gaston, (nee Gillan), age 103 years, of Audubon, NJ, passed away.  Gertrude was the beloved wife of the late Harrison J. Gaston, formerly of Audubon, NJ.  She was the devoted mother of William F. (Antoinette), Robert L. (Lynn), Richard S. (Nancy), Dennis J. (Cathy), Florence M. Weisman (George), Mark A. (Donna); loving sister of Joan Doyle (Leo), Anne Bella, and Tom Gillan; cherished Grandmother of 12 Grandchildren; caring great grandmother of 10 great grandchildren; and she had 5 great great grandchildren.

She loved her family, and also loved caring for them as well as all of her Grandchildren.  She was also known in the neighborhood for her sweet tea and being called Mom Mom.

The visitation will be held on Thursday, January 20, 2022, at the DuBois Funeral Home, 700 South White Horse Pike, Audubon, NJ 08106 from 10:30-12 PM. The prayer service will be held at 12:00 Noon at the funeral home.  The interment will be at New St. Mary’s Cemetery, 515 West Browning Road, Bellmawr, NJ 08031.  Condolences and memories may be shared at DuboisFuneralHome.
