Jennie E. Wentzell

On December 26, 2021, Jennie (Jean) E. Wentzell (nee Wilson), age 88 years, of Runnemede, NJ, passed away.  She was the beloved wife of Elwood L. Wentzell for 67 years; loving mother of John Wentzell and Steven Wentzell (Lindsay); and cherished grandmother of two grandchildren.

Jean was a former member of the Mount Calvary Union Church, 111 East Clements Bridge Road, Runnemede, NJ 08078, Haddonfield Bible Church, and the Christ Bible Church in Lindenwold, NJ.  She was involved in the Child Evangelism Fellowship and Vacation Bible School Ministries.  Jean worked with her husband in their moving business, Wentzell’s Modern Movers, where she took care of the necessary office work, scheduling, billing, answering the phones, and book keeping.

The visitation will be held on Thursday December 30, 2021 10:00-11:00 AM at the DuBois Funeral Home 700 South White Horse Pike, Audubon, NJ 08106.  The funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM.  Interment will be held at the Locustwood Memorial Park, 1500 Marlton Pike West, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002.  In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to Christ Community Church, 325 East Linden Avenue, Lindenwold, NJ 08021, which will be disbursed among 3 churches.  Condolences and memories may be shared at DuboisFuneralHome.
