Elwood L. Wentzell

On December 10, 2021, Elwood L. Wentzell, age 87 years, of Runnemede, NJ, passed away.  He was the beloved husband of Jennie E. (nee Wilson); loving father of John E. Wentzell and Steven L. Wentzell (Lindsay); and cherished grandfather of two grandchildren.

Elwood grew up in Mt. Ephraim, NJ.  He was a former member of the Mount Calvary Union Church, 111 East Clements Bridge Road, Runnemede, NJ 08078 and also Haddonfield Bible Church.  He served in the United States Army.

The visitation will be held on Friday December 17, 2021 10:00-11:00 AM at the DuBois Funeral Home 700 South White Horse Pike, Audubon, NJ 08106.  The funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM.  Interment will be held at the Locustwood Memorial Park, 1500 Marlton Pike West, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002.  In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to Christ Community Church, 325 East Linden Avenue, Lindenwold, NJ 08021, which will be disbursed among 3 churches.  Condolences and memories may be shared at DuboisFuneralHome.
