Joy E. Bier

On November 3, 2021, Joy E. Bier (nee Tirrell), of Haddon Heights, NJ, passed away.  She was the beloved wife of Jeffery Bier; devoted mother of Jared (Audrey), Joshua, Jenna (Zac), and Jacob (Ciara); loving daughter of Marilyn Tirrell-Stevenson (William); and Cherished sister of Barb Hawley (Richard), David Tirrell, Bill Stevenson (Etta), John Stevenson (Roberta), Ann Stevenson-Panter (Jim), Thomas Stevenson (Debbie), Sue Stevenson-Lewis (Woody), and David Stevenson.  Joy is also survived by her 5 grandchildren, Wyeth, Amory, Sutton, Elliot, and Rowan.  She was predeceased by her sister, Rebecca Tirrell-Weber.

Joy was a teacher at Baptist Regional School for over 19 years.  She was an active member of Haddon Heights Baptist Church, Haddon Heights, NJ.

The memorial service will be held Thursday, November 11, 2021 at 7:00 PM at the Haddon Heights Baptist Church, 300 Station Avenue, Haddon Heights, NJ 08035.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to ABBA Pregnancy Center, PO Box 83, Palmyra, NJ 08065.  Funeral arrangements under the direction of DuBois Funeral Home, 700 South White Horse Pike, Audubon, NJ 08106.  Condolences and memories may be shared at DuboisFuneralHome
