Rosemarie Versaci

On February 15, 2021, Rosemarie Versaci (nee Procacci), age 81 years, went home to be with her Lord and Savior. She was the beloved wife of Raymond J. Versaci  Jr, of Barrington, NJ. Rosemarie was the devoted mother of Kimberly Ann Mittelstadt (Craig), Michele Hayes (Charlie), Jamie Deal (Phillip), and Krista Groot (Donald); loving sister of James Procacci (Mary), Nancy Boody, Antoinette Bonney (Jim), and sister-in-law, Gail Green; and was the loving grandmother of ten grandchildren and great grandmother of nine great grandchildren. She was also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Versaci was first, and foremost, a wife and mother. She selflessly gave her time and energies for her husband and children. As a grandmother, she gave herself wholeheartedly to each one of her grandchildren. Rosemarie began her work outside of the home as a part time helper in the Barrington Public Library. She then moved onto the position of Audio-Visual Director of the Haddon Heights High School Library. She worked there for over 26 years. She loved her work at the High School so much that she said: ”I can’t believe that they pay me to do this”. She enjoyed helping students many of whom called her mom. She took every opportunity to share the love of Christ with the students. Even after her retirement she volunteered at several Christian School Libraries. Everyone who came in contact with Mrs. Versaci would see a kind, patient, loving, fun, and selfless person. She and her husband were always  together. Everyone who saw them could tell they were deeply in love. Rosemarie was a former member of Grace Bible Church, and a current member of Community Bible Church of Barrington, NJ.

Visitation will be held on Saturday February 20, from 11:30 AM-12:30 PM at the DuBois Funeral Home, 700 South White Horse Pike, Audubon, NJ 08106. The funeral service will be at 12:30 PM at the funeral home. The burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Contributions in her memory may be made to Community Bible Church, 321 Kingston Avenue, Barrington, NJ 08007. Condolences and memories may be shared at DuboisFuneralHome
